Free shipping on orders over €100 within Europe and over €150 for international orders.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days) worldwide.
RETURNS POLICY
Too small? Too big? Not your style?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return one or more items. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period cannot be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back in their original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached. Please include the delivery slip inside your return package. Returns are made at the customer’s risk — Réjeanne® cannot offer refunds for parcels lost in transit by your chosen carrier.
Received the wrong item or noticed a fault? No worries — email us at bonjour@rejeanne.com and we’ll take care of it.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges through our website www.rejeanne-underwear.com. If you’d like a different size, style or colour, simply place a new order on our e-shop!
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After this time, returns cannot be processed.
Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving your returned parcel. For credit/debit card payments, an additional few days may be required for interbank processing — but we’ll send you a confirmation email once your refund is on its way.
Return shipping fees of €4.50 for France and €10 for Europe will be deducted from your refund.
If you purchased a “pack” (a set of two or three items), all items from the original pack must be returned together in order to receive a refund. Partial refunds will not be granted for returning only part of a pack.
To start a return, simply email us at bonjour@rejeanne.com to request your return label. Return handling fees of €4.50 for France and €10 for Europe will be deducted from your refund.
